During the summer of 2020 I started looking for a house.
I looked at several and always met the realtor at the houses.
No one offered their services to help me. That is until I met Diane.
She met me at a home and asked how I was doing with the house hunting and I told her that I was going on line and meeting the realtors at the houses. She explained to me that by having her help she would be able to find homes with my preferences and narrow them down for me.
She started showing me homes and the refreshing part was that she was honest about each one.
Instead of pushing me to buy a home to get a sale she knew that this was my first home and she wanted the very best for me.
When the time came to write up an offer she explained every detail of the contracts and explained the process.

Diane made selling our condo such a breeze! She was so hard working, open, transparent, professional, caring, so responsive, honest and explained everything in such a way that was easy to understand. She was always on top of everything and helped us in every step of the way. From cleaning, staging our condo to even watering our plants- she did it all! So hands on with everything!
